This home was completely outdated and had lacked maintenance for years.  We were able to bring this home into a new era with an updated design and an open floor plan.  We removed a sunken living room, added new wood flooring throughout, new paint, new appliances, new lighting, new countertop and backsplash.  We added a functional island in the kitchen for gatherings and entertainment.  The client’s vision was fulfilled with this new transitional design.
