The only item kept in the backyard of this exterior remodel was the three car garage.  We were able to tie it to the house with a beautiful, covered patio with a fireplace, grill, hot tub, seating area, and an outdoor shower.  A retaining wall was added to have a sparkling in-ground pool surrounded by tile and turf.  Since there was a need for a home office, we renovated one of the garage bays into the office area and added a bathroom.  This client was thrilled to have this inviting area to entertain family and friends.
